Which tool should I start with?

Frequently asked questions

Are the assessments really free?

Yes. Big Five, Safety Mirror, AI Ready?, GROUND and Burnout Compass are free with no registration. mini360 is free up to 10 evaluators and Team Satisfaction up to 10 people. ICF Exam Prep has 7 free questions per exam; full access is a one-time purchase.

Do I need to register?

No. You start an assessment straight away and see your results on screen. An email address is only needed if you ask for the emailed report, or to run a team survey, where the invitations go out by email.

What happens to my answers?

The self-assessments show your results on screen without an account. The privacy policy and each tool's own privacy page explain what is stored, where and for how long.

Can I use these tools with my team or organisation?

Yes. Team Satisfaction and mini360 are built for teams, and organisations can run the assessments as team campaigns with aggregated dashboards, or ask Y2Y for a custom assessment.

Who is behind Your Assessor?

Y2Y Ltd. (Y2Y Hungary Kft.), a Budapest-based leadership development, coaching and organisational development company. The same team runs leadership development, team coaching and AI training programmes for organisations.

Is an assessment a substitute for professional diagnosis?

No. These are self-reflection and development tools, not clinical diagnoses. If a result raises concerns about your wellbeing, talk to a professional.
