Psychological safety is the belief that you can speak up, ask questions, make mistakes and disagree at work without fear of punishment or humiliation. Safety Mirror is a free self-check of how psychologically safe you personally feel in your team. You rate 12 statements on a five-point scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. It takes about 3 minutes and needs no sign-up.
A score and a level for each of the four dimensions with an interpretation, plus the patterns across them (for example high inclusion but low challenger safety). You can also have the report emailed to you.
Employees and leaders who want to reflect on their own experience of their team. It measures your individual perception, not the team as a whole.
Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to a server unless you ask for the email report. Details: privacy policy.
