Frequently asked questions
What is a team satisfaction survey?
A short, anonymous questionnaire that shows how a team experiences its work. This one covers six dimensions (meaning and motivation, recognition and feedback, growth and learning, team climate and collaboration, leadership support, workload and balance) with 12 statements, plus an eNPS question and two open questions.
What is eNPS and how is it calculated?
eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) asks how likely someone is to recommend the team as a place to work, on a 0-10 scale. Answers of 9-10 count as promoters, 7-8 as passives and 0-6 as detractors. The index is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors, from -100 to +100. It is reported separately and never averaged with the other answers.
Is the survey really free?
Yes, for teams of up to 10 members, with no payment details. For larger teams or several teams at once you can request a custom quote on this page.
Can the leader see who answered what?
No. The leader only sees aggregated results, and only once at least 3 team members have responded. Open comments are listed in random order.
In which languages is the survey available?
English, Hungarian and German. The invitations and the questionnaire use the language the leader set the survey up in.
