How we handle your data.
This page describes what the yourassessor.com hub itself collects, why, where it is stored, for how long, and what your rights are. The assessment tools reachable from the hub have their own privacy pages (see section 02). Questions: info@y2y.hu.

Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: the measurement script loads on every page, but until you accept on the banner it sets no analytics cookies and stores nothing about you - it only sends cookieless pings that carry no identifier. Full measurement starts after you accept.
Technical logs
- Hosting access logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security
Not collected by the hub: your assessment answers or results. The hub stores no results at all. Each tool has its own policy: Big Five · Safety Mirror · AI Ready? · Team Satisfaction · ICF Exam Prep. mini360, GROUND and Burnout Compass run on their own domains with their own policies.
03Purpose
- Quote requests: to answer your request and prepare a quote for a custom assessment or team campaign.
- Enterprise accounts: to let you sign in and run assessment campaigns for your organisation.
- Analytics: to understand how the hub is used and improve it. No advertising, no cross-site tracking.
- Security logs: to keep the service available and detect abuse.
Never: selling your data, profiling you for advertising, or sharing your quote request with anyone outside Y2Y.
04Legal basis
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): the quote request form (the consent checkbox) and Google Analytics (the "Accept analytics" button on the banner).
Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): enterprise accounts, to provide the campaign service you signed up for.
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): security and access logs, to keep the service safe.
You can withdraw consent at any time at info@y2y.hu, or by choosing "Decline" for analytics (clear the site data in your browser to see the banner again). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
05Storage location and retention
Your browser keeps two small settings locally (not cookies): your language choice (ya_lang) and your analytics decision (ya_consent). Google Analytics may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; all other data stays in the EU.
06Recipients and processors
- Netlify - hosting and EU CDN of the hub and its serverless functions.
- Supabase - database and authentication, EU region; stores quote requests and enterprise accounts.
- Resend - transactional email: when you send a quote request, it is delivered to info@y2y.hu through Resend.
- Google Analytics 4 - runs in Consent Mode: before you accept on the banner there are no analytics cookies and no stored measurement, only cookieless pings. IP truncated, no advertising features, your answers never reach Google.
No other recipients. Your quote request is read only by Y2Y staff bound by confidentiality. The only exception is a lawful request from an authority.
07Automated decision-making
None. The hub makes no automated decisions about you and does not build profiles. Where the assessment tools calculate scores, these are simple arithmetic averages of your own answers, shown only to you; they have no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
No live AI model is involved in processing your quote request or your account.
08Your rights
Write to info@y2y.hu. We reply within 30 days.
09Complaint to NAIH and courts
You may also bring the matter before a court: at your choice, the regional court of your place of residence.
10Your Assessor account (/account)
The free account is optional: every tool, result page and template stays open without it. The account adds a list of your own results, editable templates and monthly material.
Data we process
- E-mail address (sign-in by e-mail link, no password)
- Sign-in log kept by Supabase Auth: time of sign-up and of the last sign-in, IP address and browser of the sign-in request
- Optional profile: role, organisation size band, industry, country
- Your choices: statistics consent and newsletter, each with its timestamp; the time you accepted this notice
- My results: while you are signed in, the page looks up the results the tools have already stored under your verified e-mail address (Burnout Compass, GROUND, Big Five, Safety Mirror, AI Ready?, conflict style test, pay transparency and AI Act checks) and shows them to you only. They are not copied into the account.
Purpose and legal basis
- Running the account (sign-in, showing your results and templates): contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
- Optional profile and newsletter: consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
- Statistics: only if you tick the separate box in your profile, results may be used without name and e-mail in aggregated statistics (for example the Hungarian Leadership Report). Burnout Compass results are health-related data, so this use rests on your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a). Off by default, voluntary, and you can withdraw it in your profile at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier aggregated publications.

Your rights
All rights in section 08 apply. You can edit your profile and consents on the account page, and delete the account yourself there: account and profile are deleted at once. Your tool results stay with the tools under their own rules; to have them deleted earlier, write to info@y2y.hu.

Mérés (Google Consent Mode)
- Google Analytics 4 használati adatok: megtekintett oldalak, eszköz- és böngészőtípus, IP-cím (a GA4 tárolás előtt csonkolja)
A Google Analytics Consent Mode-ban fut: a mérőszkript minden oldalon betöltődik, de amíg nem fogadod el a sávon, egyetlen mérési sütit sem tesz le és semmit nem tárol rólad - csak süti nélküli, azonosító nélküli jelzéseket küld. A teljes mérés az elfogadásod után indul.
Technikai naplók
- Hosting hozzáférési naplók (IP-cím, időbélyeg, user agent) biztonsági célból
A hub nem gyűjti: a felmérésekre adott válaszaidat és az eredményeidet. A hub egyáltalán nem tárol eredményt. Minden eszköznek saját tájékoztatója van: Big Five · Safety Mirror · AI Ready? · Team Satisfaction · ICF Exam Prep. A mini360, a GROUND és a Burnout Compass saját domainen, saját tájékoztatóval fut.
03Mire használjuk
- Ajánlatkérés: hogy válaszoljunk a kérésedre, és ajánlatot készítsünk egyedi felmérésre vagy csapatkampányra.
- Enterprise fiókok: hogy be tudj jelentkezni, és felmérési kampányokat futtathass a szervezetednek.
- Mérés: hogy megértsük, hogyan használják a hubot, és fejlesszük. Nincs hirdetés, nincs oldalak közötti követés.
- Biztonsági naplók: hogy a szolgáltatás elérhető maradjon, és észleljük a visszaéléseket.
Soha: nem adjuk el az adataidat, nem profilozunk hirdetési célból, és nem osztjuk meg az ajánlatkérésedet a Y2Y-on kívül senkivel.
04Jogalap
Hozzájárulás (GDPR 6. cikk (1) a)): az ajánlatkérő űrlap (a jelölőnégyzet) és a Google Analytics (az "Elfogadom a mérést" gomb a sávon).
Szerződés (GDPR 6. cikk (1) b)): az enterprise fiókok, hogy nyújtsuk a kampányszolgáltatást, amire regisztráltál.
Jogos érdek (GDPR 6. cikk (1) f)): biztonsági és hozzáférési naplók, hogy a szolgáltatás biztonságos maradjon.
A hozzájárulásodat bármikor visszavonhatod a info@y2y.hu címen, a mérésnél pedig az "Elutasítom" választással (ha újra látni szeretnéd a sávot, töröld az oldal adatait a böngésződben). A visszavonás nem érinti a korábbi adatkezelés jogszerűségét.
05Hol és meddig tároljuk
A böngésződ két apró beállítást tárol helyben (nem sütiként): a nyelvválasztásodat (ya_lang) és a mérésről hozott döntésedet (ya_consent). A Google Analytics az adatokat az USA-ban is feldolgozhatja az EU-USA adatvédelmi keretrendszer és az általános adatvédelmi kikötések alapján; minden más adat az EU-ban marad.
06Címzettek és adatfeldolgozók
- Netlify - a hub és a serverless funkciói hostingja, EU CDN.
- Supabase - adatbázis és hitelesítés, EU-régió; itt tároljuk az ajánlatkéréseket és az enterprise fiókokat.
- Resend - tranzakciós email: az ajánlatkérésed a Resend-en keresztül érkezik az info@y2y.hu címre.
- Google Analytics 4 - Consent Mode-ban fut: az elfogadásod előtt nincs mérési süti és nincs tárolt mérés, csak süti nélküli jelzés. Csonkolt IP, hirdetési funkciók nélkül, a válaszaid soha nem jutnak el a Google-höz.
Más címzett nincs. Az ajánlatkérésedet csak titoktartásra kötelezett Y2Y-munkatárs olvassa. Egyetlen kivétel a jogszerű hatósági megkeresés.
07Automatizált döntéshozatal
Nincs. A hub nem hoz automatizált döntést rólad, és nem készít profilt. Ahol a felmérő eszközök pontszámot számolnak, az a saját válaszaid egyszerű számtani átlaga, amit csak te látsz; rád nézve nincs joghatása vagy hasonlóan jelentős hatása.
Az ajánlatkérésed vagy a fiókod kezelésében élő AI-modell nem vesz részt.
08A jogaid
Írj a info@y2y.hu címre. 30 napon belül válaszolunk.
09Panasz a NAIH-nál és bíróságon
Bírósághoz is fordulhatsz: választásod szerint a lakóhelyed szerinti törvényszéken.
10Your Assessor fiók (/fiok)
Az ingyenes fiók önkéntes: minden eszköz, eredményoldal és sablon fiók nélkül is nyitott marad. A fiók ehhez ad pluszt: a saját eredményeid listáját, szerkeszthető sablonokat és havi új anyagot.
Kezelt adatok
- E-mail-cím (belépés e-mailben küldött linkkel, jelszó nincs)
- Belépési napló a Supabase Auth-ban: a regisztráció és az utolsó belépés ideje, a belépési kérés IP-címe és böngészője
- Opcionális profil: szerep, cégméret-sáv, iparág, ország
- A döntéseid: statisztikai hozzájárulás és hírlevél, mindkettő időbélyeggel; a tájékoztató elfogadásának ideje
- Eredményeim: amíg be vagy lépve, az oldal megkeresi azokat az eredményeket, amelyeket az eszközök már eltároltak az igazolt e-mail-címedhez (Burnout Compass, GROUND, Big Five, Safety Mirror, AI Ready?, konfliktuskezelési stílus teszt, bértranszparencia és AI Act önellenőrzés), és csak neked mutatja meg. A fiókba nem másoljuk át őket.
Cél és jogalap
- A fiók működtetése (belépés, eredmények és sablonok megjelenítése): szerződés, GDPR 6. cikk (1) b).
- Opcionális profil és hírlevél: hozzájárulás, 6. cikk (1) a).
- Statisztika: csak ha a profilodban bejelölöd a külön jelölőnégyzetet, használhatjuk az eredményeidet név és e-mail nélkül, összesített statisztikában (pl. Magyar vezetői riport). A Burnout Compass eredménye egészségügyi jellegű adatnak számít, ezért ehhez a 9. cikk (2) a) szerinti kifejezett hozzájárulásod kell. Alapból ki van kapcsolva, önkéntes, és a profilodban bármikor visszavonhatod; a visszavonás a korábban már megjelent összesített adatokat nem érinti.

Jogaid

Az eszközök eredményei az eszközöknél maradnak a saját szabályaik szerint; ha hamarabb törölnéd őket, írj a info@y2y.hu címre.

Google Analytics läuft im Consent Mode: das Messskript wird auf jeder Seite geladen, setzt aber bis zu Ihrer Zustimmung im Banner keine Analyse-Cookies und speichert nichts über Sie - es sendet nur cookielose Signale ohne Kennung. Die vollständige Messung startet nach Ihrer Zustimmung.

Vom Hub nicht erhoben: Ihre Antworten oder Ergebnisse in den Assessments. Der Hub speichert keinerlei Ergebnisse. Jedes Tool hat eine eigene Erklärung: Big Five · Safety Mirror · AI Ready? · Team Satisfaction · ICF Exam Prep. mini360, GROUND und Burnout Compass laufen auf eigenen Domains mit eigenen Erklärungen.
03Zweck
- Angebotsanfragen: um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und ein Angebot für ein individuelles Assessment oder eine Team-Kampagne zu erstellen.
- Enterprise-Konten: damit Sie sich anmelden und Assessment-Kampagnen für Ihre Organisation durchführen können.
- Analytics: um zu verstehen, wie der Hub genutzt wird, und ihn zu verbessern. Keine Werbung, kein seitenübergreifendes Tracking.
- Sicherheitsprotokolle: um den Dienst verfügbar zu halten und Missbrauch zu erkennen.
Niemals: Verkauf Ihrer Daten, Profilbildung zu Werbezwecken oder Weitergabe Ihrer Angebotsanfrage an Dritte außerhalb von Y2Y.
04Rechtsgrundlage
Einwilligung (DSGVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a): das Angebotsformular (Einwilligungs-Checkbox) und Google Analytics (Schaltfläche "Analytics akzeptieren" im Banner).
Vertrag (DSGVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b): Enterprise-Konten, zur Erbringung des Kampagnendienstes, für den Sie sich registriert haben.
Berechtigtes Interesse (DSGVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f): Sicherheits- und Zugriffsprotokolle, um den Dienst sicher zu halten.
Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen unter info@y2y.hu oder für Analytics über "Ablehnen" (löschen Sie die Website-Daten in Ihrem Browser, um das Banner erneut zu sehen). Der Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung.
05Speicherort und Aufbewahrung
Ihr Browser speichert zwei kleine Einstellungen lokal (keine Cookies): Ihre Sprachwahl (ya_lang) und Ihre Analytics-Entscheidung (ya_consent). Google Analytics kann Daten in den USA auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln verarbeiten; alle anderen Daten bleiben in der EU.

Keine weiteren Empfänger. Ihre Angebotsanfrage lesen nur zur Vertraulichkeit verpflichtete Y2Y-Mitarbeitende. Einzige Ausnahme ist eine rechtmäßige behördliche Anfrage.
07Automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung
Keine. Der Hub trifft keine automatisierten Entscheidungen über Sie und erstellt keine Profile. Wo die Assessment-Tools Werte berechnen, sind das einfache arithmetische Mittel Ihrer eigenen Antworten, die nur Sie sehen; sie haben keine rechtliche oder ähnlich erhebliche Wirkung für Sie.
An der Verarbeitung Ihrer Angebotsanfrage oder Ihres Kontos ist kein KI-Modell beteiligt.

09Beschwerde bei der NAIH und vor Gericht
Sie können sich auch an ein Gericht wenden: nach Ihrer Wahl an das für Ihren Wohnsitz zuständige Gericht.
10Your Assessor Konto (/konto)
Das kostenlose Konto ist freiwillig: Alle Tools, Ergebnisseiten und Vorlagen bleiben auch ohne Konto offen. Das Konto ergänzt sie um eine Liste Ihrer eigenen Ergebnisse, bearbeitbare Vorlagen und monatlich neues Material.
Verarbeitete Daten
- E-Mail-Adresse (Anmeldung per E-Mail-Link, kein Passwort)
- Anmeldeprotokoll in Supabase Auth: Zeitpunkt der Registrierung und der letzten Anmeldung, IP-Adresse und Browser der Anmeldeanfrage
- Freiwilliges Profil: Rolle, Unternehmensgröße (Bereich), Branche, Land
- Ihre Entscheidungen: Statistik-Einwilligung und Newsletter, jeweils mit Zeitstempel; Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie diese Erklärung akzeptiert haben
- Meine Ergebnisse: Solange Sie angemeldet sind, sucht die Seite die Ergebnisse, die die Tools bereits unter Ihrer bestätigten E-Mail-Adresse gespeichert haben (Burnout Compass, GROUND, Big Five, Safety Mirror, AI Ready?, Konfliktstil-Test, Entgelttransparenz- und AI-Act-Check), und zeigt sie nur Ihnen. Sie werden nicht in das Konto kopiert.
Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage
- Betrieb des Kontos (Anmeldung, Anzeige Ihrer Ergebnisse und Vorlagen): Vertrag, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
- Freiwilliges Profil und Newsletter: Einwilligung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a.
- Statistik: Nur wenn Sie im Profil das gesonderte Kästchen ankreuzen, dürfen Ihre Ergebnisse ohne Namen und E-Mail-Adresse in zusammengefassten Statistiken verwendet werden (z. B. im ungarischen Führungskräftereport). Ergebnisse des Burnout Compass sind gesundheitsbezogene Daten; diese Nutzung beruht daher auf Ihrer ausdrücklichen Einwilligung nach Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a. Standardmäßig aus, freiwillig und im Profil jederzeit widerrufbar; ein Widerruf berührt bereits veröffentlichte zusammengefasste Auswertungen nicht.

Ihre Tool-Ergebnisse bleiben nach deren eigenen Regeln bei den Tools; wenn Sie sie früher löschen lassen möchten, schreiben Sie an info@y2y.hu.
