About this AI readiness assessment

AI Ready? is a free self-assessment of how prepared you personally are to work with AI. You rate 15 statements about how you work today on a five-point scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. It takes about 4 minutes and needs no technical knowledge and no sign-up.

The five dimensions

What you get

A score for each dimension with an interpretation, and one of four readiness profiles (Explorer, Adopter, Hesitant or Resistant) with practical next steps. You can also have the report emailed to you.

Who it is for

Employees and managers preparing for AI at work, and HR and L&D teams who want a quick conversation starter before AI training. It measures individual readiness, not the AI maturity of an organisation.

Privacy

Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to a server unless you ask for the email report. Details: privacy policy.

Five dimensions of personal AI readiness: openness to change, digital confidence, learning agility, AI integration and critical thinking about AI output.

How long does it take?

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The statements are about how you work today, not about technical skills. There are no right or wrong answers: it measures readiness, not intelligence.

What research is it based on?

Can we use it with a team?

Yes. Organisations can run AI Ready? as a team campaign with aggregated results, and Y2Y offers AI training for teams.
